One travel ticket for the Bernese Oberland​

The Berner Oberland Pass offers your clients extensive benefits, including flexible travel and easy public transport access.

Validity​

Free travel by train, bus, boat and numerous mountain excursions for 3, 4, 6, 8 or 10 consecutive days.

  • Unlimited travel within the area bordered by the corner points Bern, Luzern and Montreux
  • Unlimited access to the following mountains: Brienzer Rothorn, Grosse Scheidegg, Männlichen, Niederhorn, Niesen, Planplatten, Schilthorn, Schynige Platte and Stockhorn
  • Unlimited travel on Lakes Thun and Brienz
  • Free travel on the GoldenPass Express between Montreux and Interlaken

Discounts

The regional pass offers numerous discounts and additional services.

  • Up to 30% discount for holders of a Swiss Half Fare Card, Swiss Travel Pass, Swiss Travel Pass Flex (on validated travel days), GA Travelcard and Half Fare Travelcard
  • Up to 30% discount for young travellers up to their 25th birthday ​
  • 50% discount on mountain experiences to Harder Kulm, Grindelwald-First and Titlis
  • 25% discount on the following lines: Wengen – Kleine Scheidegg – Grindelwald, Eiger Express Grindelwald Terminal – Eigergletscher, Eigergletscher – Jungfraujoch
  • Discounts and benefits with around 40 different partners

Children and dogs​

Children and dogs travel at a low standard price.

  • Children from their 6th up to their 16th birthday and dogs travel for CHF 30
  • Valid only in conjunction with a Main Pass
  • Children under 6 years of age travel free of charge
  • The Swiss Family Card, Junior Travel Card and Children’s Co-Travel Card are valid when used with a Berner Oberland Pass

  • GoldenPass Express: Charges for seat reservations are not included. Reservations are mandatory in Prestige and highly recommended in 1st and 2nd class.  

  • The Berner Oberland Pass is personal and non-transferable.
